Based on the decree of the Chancellor of Universitas Trisakti number 241/USAKTI/SKR/III/2022 concerning the Exemption, Appointment, and Extension of Study Center Management – Study Centers within the Scope of the Faculty of Landscape Architecture and Environmental Technology, Universitas Trisakti which was issued on March 18, 2022, contains Study Centers within the scope of the Department Environmental Engineering with the change of name from the Center for Technology and Water Management to the Center for Environmental Technology and Management. The change in the Study Center’s name also affected the study center’s membership structure. Where currently, the Center for Environmental Technology and Management Studies is operated by a chairman assisted by a secretary who is part of the teaching staff at the Department of Environmental Engineering. Previously, the Center for Water Technology and Management was chaired by Prof. Dr. Ir. Soepangat Soemarto, M.Sc, assisted by the daily chairman Drs. Muhammad Lindu, MT, and secretary Ariani Dwi Astuti, ST., MT. In the Center for Water Technology and Management membership structure, there are three fields, namely Drinking Water, Wastewater, and Water Resources, which are coordinated by each coordinator in each sector. The change in the name of the Study Center requires that the Center for Technology and Environmental Management carries out institutional developments, one of which is to increase the scope of the field not only in the field of water and water resources but also in the management of solid waste and hazardous waste.
